will ask for either a sample of the products or the specs of the unit you are interested in packaging.
CAD Gerber M Series Sample Maker
Trinity can provide you with samples created by our state-of-the-art Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Center, operated by our full-time Packaging Designer with over 35 years of experience. This means your displays, corrugated, foam packaging, or design concepts become a physical reality.
It’s at NO COST, and we get it to you FAST!
Your Trinity Designer works with our in-house CAD technician, who will input your design information into our CAD computer which will cut a physical sample (corrugated or foam) within minutes.​
You will be provided with the samples cut by the CAD for testing and accuracy and then we ask you to provide us with an approval to proceed with production.
The approved file will then be used to create the cutting dies to ensure that the production run has the same dimensions as the approved CAD sample.​
The same files will be used to accept and position your artwork on the finished product, where applicable.
